When the wind blows
Short Film by Roisin Larkin
When the Wind Blows by Roisin Larkin. Developed from a phone conversation between a dad and his daughter. Shot in the North of England between the end of Lockdown and the protests of BLM 2020, the film picks at socialist ideals of change whilst revealing the residual, political generational trauma that is shared within a families conversation. The phrase 'When the wind blows'; symbolises both the notions of change and the phrase used to describe someone who talks a lot.
